Replacing this pain with something numb

My search...it's about to come to an end.

Long ago, the Four Nations lived in harmony.... And then the Fire Nation got too big for its britches and decided it needed to rule the world. Declaring war on pretty much everyone, the Fire Nation, led by Firelord Sozin, killed the Air Nomads, terrorized the Earth Kingdom, and imprisoned much of the Water Tribe. All in the name of spreading the Fire Nation's prosperity and greatness.

One person stood in the way of the Fire Nation's World Domination Plan: The Avatar. A master of all four elements, the Avatar's job was to promote peace and balance in the world. Just one problem: the Avatar disappeared.

Several generations later, the Fire Nation continues to decimate the world, and two young members of the Southern Water Tribe inadvertently discover a boy and a flying bison frozen in an iceberg. The twelve-year-old boy's name is Aang, and he's the world's last Airbender.

He's also the Avatar, which means he's got less than a year to master all the elements and save the world.

Enter Zuko, the current Firelord's son, whom Firelord Ozai has scarred, banished, and given the following ultimatum: If he finds and captures the Avatar, he can come home. Angry, disgraced, and dishonored, Zuko's not about to let the fact that Aang's a kid with an awesome Water Tribe posse deter him from doing what he thinks needs doing.

Because nothing matters more to Zuko than regaining his honor by capturing the Avatar.

...Right?
